Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
Press Release Submissions
You may submit only press releases that you are authorised to issue or distribute. All submissions are subject to our submission guidelines and to editorial review and may be accepted, edited, delayed, or rejected at our sole discretion and without explanation.
By submitting textual and graphic content, you grant us the right to publish, republish, syndicate, archive, and distribute your press release across NEWS PR, our affiliated websites, feeds and sitemaps, our partner platforms, and the members of our publishing and participants network.
The author and the original publisher of the content — or the organisation issuing and authorising its distribution — remain the sole copyright holders. The distribution of the content does not affect or transfer copyright ownership.
Any credits for photographers, authors of creative media, or other content contributors should be communicated to us at the time of submission so that they can be accurately reflected and published.
Content Standards
Submissions must be factual, not defamatory, not infringe third-party rights, and not contain illegal, harmful, or misleading material.
Accounts that file misleading material may be suspended without refund.
Subscriptions & Refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription plans, pricing, features, usage limits, and terms, including any free-tier offering, may be introduced, modified, suspended, or withdrawn at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Except where required by law, fees paid are non-refundable. Any refunds or credits are offered solely at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
NEWS PR provides the platform "as is" and accepts no liability for the content of submissions or any consequences arising from publication.
